Vintage fashion brand, Lady + Lord has launched in Parkhurst and features vintage-inspired brands that are fashionable and trendy.
Lady + Lord only works with brands who do not mass produce and value their design process, looking for high quality, unique, and edgy designs characterized by functionality and comfort. They thrive on giving customers alternative, unique designs that highlight individuality.

UNKNOWN UNION:
Unknown union, is local brand based in Cape Town, founded by Jason Storey. All their products are designed and manufactured in South Africa. The brand’s goal is to create a space of creative expression which celebrates art, fashion, literature and music: their range is essentially streetwear with a contemporary, African twist.
SELVEDGE:
Selvedge, which draws its meaning from the edge of cloth so woven that it cannot unravel, is a family run business born from the efforts of five siblings from SA. Its visionary, Dino Perotti, has again set loose his iconic fashion sense and modelling expertise in designing mens’s clothing to suit the trendy and edgy fashionistas of today. The brand is driven by a quest to provide unique, stylish, comfortable clothing that is easy to wear yet offers a great value proposition.
VERUS FINE JEWELLERY:
Verus Fine Jewellery is a range of solid 18k rose gold and diamond jewellery. None of the pieces are plated, or mass produced. It is a minimalistic range geared towards layering, which is handmade in South Africa but inspired by the world. Each piece is 100% handmade by local artisanal Jewellers, using mostly black, champagne and raw diamonds. It is a classic design with attitude that incorporates a bit of ethno-punk.
LILOO WEAR (LADIES)
Liloo Wear is the creative inspiration of designer and owner Vanessa Martin. Hailing from Switzerland and having graduated from the fashion design school, Istituto Marangoni of London, Vanessa was initially inspired by the “Leeloo” character in the science fiction film “The 5th Element”. The fifth element is of a spiritual nature, and has been referred to both as “heart” and as “love”. Feminine, tribal, chic. The frequent use of lace emphasizes the feminine whilst samplings of leather and animal print are there to inspire every woman’s playful, wild side.
