The Bubbly Festival – Joburg’s celebration of South Africa’s finest Cap Classiques – pops up in Hyde Park for three days this weekend and looks set to wow Gauteng bubbly lovers. With over 26 MCC estates showcasing their best, the festival will host a number of champagne and prosecco houses, Toast on Tap – which will be serving a couple of beer offerings, The Duchess – a non-alcoholic gin & tonic, and even a Cointreau stand. The organisers have lined up some impressive estates including Graham Beck, who will showcase their Blanc de Blanc, Brut and Brut Rosé; Anthonij Rupert Wines, with their L’Ormarins range; Bon Courage; Genevieve MCC; Pierre Jourdan Brut and Belle Rose from Haute Cabrière; Spier and Krone.
