Recipe: Fathers Day Cocktail – El Diablo

Drinking tequila is not always about doing shots, and tequila also pairs perfectly with the blackcurrant flavours of Crème de Cassis to provide one of the easiest ways to enjoy tequila you’re likely to find.

It is Father’s Day soon – so make sure to impress your old man with an El Diablo!

Ingredients:

35 ml Tequila (We recommend a 100% Agave brand such as Fortaleza)
15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
Top Ginger Ale/Ginger Beer
15 ml Crème de Cassis

Method:

Combine ingredients in a Collins glass over ice.
Garnish with fresh blackberries and a wedge of lime, squeezed and dropped into the drink.
