Since Covid, music concerts have been few and far between. In fact, we’re sure you can all agree with us when we say at one point, live music events felt like a thing of the past… but not anymore, thanks to Big Concerts.

Big Concerts has just announced another influential boyband will be gracing our shores this year. That’s right. Westlife will be touring SA in November 2023 and we have all the details.

The boyband’s Wild Dreams Tour kicks off on 1 November at Grand Arena, GrandWest, and on 3 November at SunBet Arena, Time Square in Pretoria.

Tickets go on sale at 09:00 on Friday, 12 May, exclusively from Ticketmaster.

The Discovery Bank pre-sale begins at 09;00 on Wednesday, 10 May and will run until 08:59 on Friday.

Westlife, the most successful Irish boyband ever, was formed in 1998 and consists of Nicky Byrne, Kian Egan, Shane Filan and Mark Feehily. The group rose to fame with their debut international self-titled studio album Westlife in 1999 and have gone off to record smash hits like World Of Our Own, Uptown Girl and Flying Without Wings.

The big announcement comes just a few months since Big Concerts announced the first world-class boyband to tour SA this year – The Backstreet Boys. The Backstreet Boys first-ever concert in SA will kick-off next week Tuesday 16th May and will see them performing two sold out concerts at the GrandWest in Cape Town and two sold out concerts at the Time Square in Pretoria.
