When it comes to food… stick to whole foods and keep it simple:


11am and/or 4:30pm





*do not eat after 7pm

MON Warm water with 2 lemon slices Banana, protein and peanut butter smoothie 10 raw almonds Chicken and avo salad Grilled Mediterranean hake with roast vegetables Black chai tea
TUES Warm water with 2 lemon slices 2 poached eggs with 1 slice rye and ½ avo Protein shake Chickpea and butternut salad 2 x chicken breasts grilled in lemon and olive oil with steamed broccoli Warm Almond milk with vanilla extract
WED Warm water with 2 lemon slices Scrambled egg whites with mushrooms and tomatoes 1 apple sliced with 1 tbsp peanut butter Quinoa topped tuna ragu Cauli wraps, stuffed with avo, fet, grilled chicken strips, shredded lettuce and low carb mayo Hot Cocoa made with almond milk
THURs Warm water with 2 lemon slices Overnight oats with chia seeds and cinnamon Kale chips Butternut and orange soup Soy, ginger and lime grilled salmon with steamed asparagus Caralishious Fit fuel Ice-Cream
FRI Warm water with 2 lemon slices Berry and banana smoothie Handful of cinnamon toasted coconut flakes Lentil and avo salad Oven baked eggplant stuffed with napoletana mince and a side green salad Chai Latte
SAT Warm water with 2 lemon slices Warm vanilla oatmeal topped with sliced strawberries Protein shake Grilled beef and rocket salad, topped with halloumi Eat Out Treat Meal Herbal fruit tea
SUN Warm water with 2 lemon slices Protein pancakes topped with macadamia nut butter and coconut cream Handful of mixed raw nuts Tuna mayo with low carb crackers Gem squash stuffed with roast peppers, olives and chickpeas, with a side green salad Caralishious vanilla-cinnamon ice-cream
