When it comes to food… stick to whole foods and keep it simple:
|ON WAKING||BREAKFAST 8am||SNACK
11am and/or 4:30pm
*do not eat after 7pm
|MON||Warm water with 2 lemon slices||Banana, protein and peanut butter smoothie||10 raw almonds||Chicken and avo salad||Grilled Mediterranean hake with roast vegetables||Black chai tea|
|TUES||Warm water with 2 lemon slices||2 poached eggs with 1 slice rye and ½ avo||Protein shake||Chickpea and butternut salad||2 x chicken breasts grilled in lemon and olive oil with steamed broccoli||Warm Almond milk with vanilla extract|
|WED||Warm water with 2 lemon slices||Scrambled egg whites with mushrooms and tomatoes||1 apple sliced with 1 tbsp peanut butter||Quinoa topped tuna ragu||Cauli wraps, stuffed with avo, fet, grilled chicken strips, shredded lettuce and low carb mayo||Hot Cocoa made with almond milk|
