The popular concept, First Thursdays that first launched in Cape Town not so long ago, has slowly but surely moved its way to Joburg and we couldn’t be more thrilled! While the concept is already gaining attraction in Braamfontein and Maboneng, we can’t get enough of First Thursdays held in Rosebank on Keyes Avenue. The art galleries and showrooms found in the Trumpet Building, most recently known as the Keyes Art Mile are open to the public from 5pm to 9pm (and later) on the first Thursday of every month. Visitors can either explore these galleries on foot, indulge in an array of Jozi’s finest food trucks or hang out at the Union Pop-Up Bar.
