They are mixed and shaken to perfection, super drinkable and great for a night out on the town.  But who says we have to wait for the next Phuza Thursday to get our drink on? Here are 3 of our favourite cocktail recipes to get your weekend off to a good start: The Boulevardier Similar to a Negroni, the Boulevardier replaces the gin with whisky and also includes sweet vermouth and campari. Where the Negroni is crisp and lean, the Boulevardier is rich and tantalising. Ingredients: 30ml rye whisky or bourbon whisky 30ml sweet vermouth 30ml Campari Add ingredients to a mixing glass.
