Gauteng licensees in most of the major metros agree that the rental market in this province is extremely competitive and if a rental property is not priced correctly, it will in all likelihood remain vacant. Charles Vining, Seeff’s MD in Sandton, says in this affluent area agents are increasingly experiencing greater negotiation on price (about a 10% reduction) when finalising a lease. He has launched a capsule collection with actress Enhle Mbali and has partnered with DOVE. Ryan Keys always knew he would be a designer from a young age. Growing up in Bryanston, Johannesburg, it was his love of photography that catapulted him into the fashion world, he even interned for a few fashion houses at the tender age of 14-years-old.
